Hey girl, I’m Mia.

I’m a mom who helps other moms take care of themselves right where they are with what they have…because moms can’t just up and leave their families for a month-long retreat.

→ I work full-time as a Communications Director at a national nonprofit — so I know how hard it can be to JUGGLE work and motherhood responsibilities.

→ I live with chronic mental and physical health conditions — so I know what’s it’s like to have LIMITED time and energy to work with.

→ I’m a millennial mom who had her babies in the #girlboss era — so I know that mom guilt that hits you whenever you try to prioritize yourself is a REAL OBSTACLE when it comes to you trying to take care of yourself.

You are a person, not a project, so it’s essential that you pause regularly on your journey to celebrate how far you’ve come, and to see where you’re struggling and could use some more support.
