Here’s how each part of the program can help you on your journey.

The Classes

Throughout your 12-month journey, you will work through classes that will help you:

  • Lay the foundation of the healing journey

  • Fulfill your needs

  • Honor your desires

With only one class per month and lifetime access to the content, the program is designed for you to go at your own pace because who needs more stress, right?

The Reflection Guides

The reflection guides are where you’re prompted with questions related to the self-care practice you’re trying to implement in your life.

Whether you’re trying to prioritize better sleep or finally allow yourself to have a solo staycation, there are mental, emotional, and situational obstacles standing in your way.

By taking 15-30 minutes per month to use the reflection guides, you will help yourself identify obstacles to your self-care and how to overcome them, and if you still feel stuck, you’ll know where you are getting stuck so you can come to the coaching calls or to the private community with your specific questions.

The Coaching & Community Calls

Access the Coaching & Community Calls via Zoom. I send a registration link on the first Sunday of every month.

Connecting in real-time with other people on a similar journey as you is so helpful. Brené Brown says, “Shame dies when our stories are told in safe spaces.”

So many of us carry shame that is holding us back from loving and caring for ourselves the way that we deserve.

The Coaching & Community Calls are a safe space to share our feelings and experiences, and when we receive validation and understanding, we heal a little bit more as we become more seen, heard, and free.

The Coaching & Community Calls are also a great place to get practical advice, ask questions, and receive coaching to help you continue making progress on your journey, especially if you’re getting hard on yourself. ♡

Weekly Compassionate Accountability in the Private Community

The private community is hosted on Mighty Network (not Facebook!). Access it here.

We all know how hard it is to stick with something when you start it, especially when it comes to changing our lifestyle and behaviors.

The compassionate accountability in my program helps you stay engaged and committed to your journey!

Get 3 posts per week from me to help you:

  • Set your self-care intentions for the week ahead

  • Stay inspired and motivated on your journey

  • Reflect on your week and ask for support as you need it

Starting something new requires courage, and you’re doing it! You should be so proud of yourself!

Change can be scary, but trust that the work you’re going to do in this program is going to be worth it! Keep reading to learn how to get the most out of The No Longer Last Journey®.

4 Tips to Get the Most Out of The No Longer Last Journey®

  • Tip #1

Recognize that the time you are taking to watch classes, reflect, and practice self-care is an investment in your health, happiness, and well-being.

This inner work will create a positive ripple effect that will benefit you and everyone in your life. You are worth taking the time to do this healing work.

  • Tip #2

Set aside two hours each month, however you want to break it down, for watching a class and working through the reflection guide. Block it out in your calendar like you would any other appointment.

This will be challenging at first, but it will become easier with practice. When you start honoring the appointments you have with yourself, that’s how self-trust forms, which is powerful.

  • Tip #3

Make the process enjoyable so you can look forward to it. Buy yourself your favorite chocolate or beverage to enjoy while you dive into the material. Light a candle or tidy your space before you dive in. Go to your favorite coffee shop alone to make it a self-care date.

The practice of making space for yourself makes learning feel like a special occasion just for you.

  • Tip #4

Lastly, please remember to pace yourself. This is not a race. This journey is like an unfolding that requires a lot of compassion and patience.

Whenever it feels hard, please reach out. You’re never alone, and I’m here to support you. ♡
